1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts for students who are minors should be created and managed by a parent or guardian. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

2. Enrollment & Demo Classes

Enrolling in a course or booking a demo class constitutes a request for our services, subject to availability and confirmation. Class schedules, faculty assignments, and course content may change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes affecting your enrollment.

3. Fees & Payments

Course and demo fees are displayed on our website and are payable via our manual UPI payment process. After paying through your own UPI app, you must submit a valid UPI transaction reference (UTR) so we can verify your payment. Access to a course or demo is granted only after an administrator confirms your payment. You are responsible for entering the correct amount and details in your UPI app. Payments made in error, or disputes over payment, should be raised with us promptly.

4. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the specific course or package and the timing of your request. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us and we will review your request in good faith. Verified payments that have not yet been used for services are generally eligible for review.

5. Course Content & Intellectual Property

All course materials, recorded lessons, videos, text, graphics, and the Zahau name and branding are the property of Zahau Music School or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. When you enroll, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to access the content for your own learning. You may not copy, download (except where explicitly permitted), redistribute, sell, or publicly share course materials.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not share your account or course access with others.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Treat faculty, staff, and fellow students with respect.

7. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for a high-quality educational experience, we do not guarantee any specific outcome, grade, or level of proficiency. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zahau Music School shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant course or demo.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the services and request account deletion at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
