1. Information We Collect

• Account information. When you create an account — either with your email and password, or by signing in with Google — we collect your name and email address. When you use Google Sign-In, Google shares your basic profile (name, email address, and profile picture) with us; we do not receive your Google password.
• Enrollment & lead information. When you book a demo class, request a callback, or enroll in a course, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, phone number, email, and the instrument or course you are interested in.
• Payment information. We use a manual UPI payment flow. When you pay, you submit a UPI transaction reference (UTR) number and may optionally upload a payment screenshot so we can verify your payment. We do not collect or store your card, bank, or UPI PIN details — those stay within your own UPI app.
• Newsletter. If you subscribe, we store your email address to send you school announcements.
• Technical data. Like most websites, our servers may log basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type. We store a session token in your browser's local storage to keep you signed in.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your student or admin account.
• To process demo bookings, enrollments, and verify payments.
• To deliver course content, recorded lessons, and track your progress.
• To respond to your enquiries and provide support.
• To send transactional emails (for example, booking confirmations) and, if you opted in, newsletter updates.
• To operate, secure, and improve our website.

3. Service Providers

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the school:

• Supabase — hosts our database, authentication, and file storage.
• Google — provides the optional Google Sign-In service. Your use of Google Sign-In is also governed by Google's own privacy policy.
• Email provider — used to deliver transactional and newsletter emails.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

4. Payment Screenshots & Proof

Payment screenshots you upload are stored in a private storage bucket and are accessible only to our administrators for the purpose of verifying your payment. They are not publicly accessible.

5. Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any newsletter email. To exercise these rights, contact us through the details below.

7. Children's Privacy

Our courses may be taken by minors. Where a student is a minor, we expect a parent or guardian to create and manage the account and provide consent for the collection of the student's information.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
